staying at Lanbruk Richmond Hill Aparthotel felt like a dream come true. the facilities exceeded my expectations, from the well-equipped apartment to the friendly and helpful staff. the location was superb, with easy access to trams and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's rest. being able to walk around easily made my visit even more enjoyable. i especially loved the communal balcony with its lovely views.

Lanbruk Richmond Hill Aparthotel is excellent! the property was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. the spacious apartment included extra supplies, enhancing our stay. We appreciated the location right on a tram line, offering easy access around the city. the rooftop deck provided fantastic city skyline views. a wonderful experience.

The sink tap was loose. No hold open latch.

Stayed here for 4 days, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with great location close to tram stop. Location: the property was just next door to Richmond and the sport precinct, shops and MCG and two tram routes.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to the MCG and nearby restaurants. The rooms exude cleanliness and modern charm, with comfortable beds and great facilities. A few quirks, like the loose sink tap and tricky parking, were minor compared to the overall positive experience. Definitely a place to return to!

Stayed at a modern apartment close to MCG. I faced noisy street traffic but enjoyed easy access to cafes and shops. Clean and comfy room with a helpful location. Overall a recommended choice for travelers.

Everything about this hotel is amazing except the accommodation facing the bin storage. the staff, the facilities, the style, the comfort and all the little details including chocolates on your pillow, made the stay wonderful. the staff, including Robert and the friendly lady studying International Relations, were exceptional. the coffee lounge, Haus Espresso, served the best coffee in Melbourne. the hotel is conveniently located near key landmarks like Fitzroy Gardens and the Shrine of Remembrance, enhancing our family bonding experience. the only downside was the view of the concrete wall and bins.

The rooms here are brand new, and we appreciated being able to park on site. the location was really convenient, close to public transport, the CBD, shops, Fitzroy Gardens, the MCG. 🚉.
